Once cygnets start to take their first flights away from the nest site, it is normal for this to signal the start of a whole series of calls about cygnets in trouble – or even calling trouble!. And so it was, Thursday 30th September, and we had our second call – this time from Lamby Way to the east of Cardiff, but a very busy industrial road, which meant it took much longer to get to the rescue site than we would have liked.
